Sanitary facilities: OFA taps, in black; Tempered glass shower screen, with black lacquered frame; LED lighting;
- Interiors: Shutters worked on the main façade; Motorized interior blackout on the rear façade windows; LED recessed lighting; Glued multi-layer flooring, in the social areas and bedrooms, in oak, applied in Herringbone.
