The intention of the project was the creation of a contemporary dwelling, which would make the most of
the landscape context in which it is part, in a balanced symbiosis between construction and
Surroundings.
It was intended that the house would integrate into the land, seeking to reduce the impact on the landscape and having
as a constant concern to preserve existing vegetation, without ever neglecting the
compliance with the legal framework in accordance with the definitions contained in the Regulation.
The building consists of a single-floor, single-floor ground construction with a
approximately 208.44m2.
The provision and volume of housing has been determined in order to always promote a
balanced with the exterior without harming the privacy of each space.
Taking into account local climatic conditions, traditional concepts have been adopted with a
contemporary reinterpretation, both in terms of style and construction, allowing for greater
energy efficiency, in particular:
- Protected orientation of the dominant winds of the North;
- Sun protection and ventilation of compartments, in the definition of cooling strategies;
- Use of local materials that safeguard the chromatic framing of the construction in the tones
natural resources, preferably from renewable sources or sustainable forests such as brick,
lime mortars and wood.
The housing is developed on a single floor with a maximum façade height of 3.40m high,
with a total construction area of 208.70 m2.

The program integrates 4 bedrooms with sanitary installation, Living/Dining Room, Kitchen, I.S. Social,
also with the laundry and storage spaces.
The valorization of the social areas of stay and leisure was considered with the creation of
transition between interior and exterior, in particular in the extension between the Living Room / Dining Room in
direct communication with the covered terraces, and extending to the platform that welcomes the pool. The
swimming pool is positioned to the West, maintaining its close relationship with the Social spaces.
Inside, the spaces are well hierarchical, structured from a hall that parades the
social areas of the most reserved area that integrates the suites.
Since the house was designed to receive and coexist, the social space is divided by areas that
group different functions, but which work in a communicative manner, such as open kitchen,
dining area with fireplace and the extension to the surrounding landscape through the two
covered terraces.
