A propriétária iniciou algumas obras, que não serão terminadas, pelo que a casa será vendida no estado e cabe ao comprador de terminar as obras. Localizado numa zona calma da freguesia de Tunes, a apenas 15 minutos das lindíssimas praias de Albufeira, 26 minutos da mítica cidade de Silves e 35 minutos do Aeroporto de Faro. A zona é muito sossegada e rodeada de belos espaços verdes, o local idéal para viver e respirar o ar puro do Algarve. Atualmente a moradia tem 1 forno antigo, 4 quartos, casa de banho, sala e cozinha em open-space. Tunes vem do Árabe 'at-Tunis', e as opiniões em relação à origem do topónimo dividem-se entre aqueles que afirmam dever-se ao facto de a povoação que aí se fixou primeiramente ter vindo de Tunis, no Norte de África; No século XIX, no lugar que hoje se denomina Tunes, existiam apenas algumas casas pertencentes a agricultores que se dedicavam ao cultivo da vinha. Os primeiros bairros começaram a aparecer aquando da abertura da estação ferroviária, no sítio das Gateiras. Inicialmente o planeado, em relação à localização da estação, era que, a mesma seria na Aldeia de Tunes, em Algoz, aldeia que deu o nome à freguesia de Tunes. Contudo, devido ao declive do terreno, optou-se pela construção da estação, um quilómetro mais para nascente. A povoação desta freguesia desenvolveu-se em redor do entroncamento ferroviário que ligava Lisboa ao Algarve e era composta, na sua maioria, por funcionários dos caminhos-de-ferro.
